WIM Conference Attendees

 

You have been cordially invited to share a brief story or statement related to your work experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in an anonymous manner.  Your message can touch upon a variety of topics such as microaggressions, gender disparities, unconscious bias, intersectionality, or any other challenges that you may have faced in your workplace, either in the field or office.

Your voice matters, and your contribution can significantly impact how we all approach DEI issues in the workplace.  Therefore, we will use some of the information gathered from your anonymous stories and statements to facilitate a portion of the panel session during the conference.  We aim to create a meaningful discussion to help us identify common challenges and develop actionable strategies to foster a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment for everyone.
